Message from Samidh Guha:

I am incredibly fortunate to join the law firm Venable LLP. Venable’s team of incredibly talented professionals and broad-based, deep expertise present an opportunity that is simply too promising to pass up.

While I am thrilled to get to work with my new Venable colleagues to provide the very best together for our clients, I did want to take a moment on behalf of Guha PLLC to thank all of the people that have made the past nearly six years so professionally and personally rewarding—our clients, our co-counsel, our friends, our advisors, and most importantly our colleagues both at Guha PLLC and at Perry Guha LLP. It has truly been an experience that I will cherish and draw upon going forward.

One coda and special note of appreciation. I am forever indebted to the countless boutique practitioners who so generously volunteered their time and insight to me when I started on this small firm adventure in October 2019.
